Shipping policy

Shipping fees are added to the price of the items and are charged per delivery destination, even if more than one item is ordered.

Orders are processed within 1–6 business days after being placed, and will be delivered within a maximum of 6 - 24 business days from the date the order is placed. "Business day" means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

!Please note that during periods of high volume, delivery may take a little longer.

A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped. If the item is delivered to a pickup point or parcel locker at your request, the date of delivery to that point will be considered the delivery date.

Products are shipped from an overseas warehouse, and delays may occur during high-demand periods; in any event, orders will be delivered within a maximum of 6-24 business days. DashMasteer is the seller in this transaction and remains responsible to you under applicable law, even where the product is shipped by a supplier located outside your country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including industrial action, communication failures, or force majeure), without limiting any rights you may have under law regarding late delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is entered fully and accurately; a shipment lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer is the customer's responsibility, without limiting your other rights under law.

Products shipped from overseas may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees under applicable law. Where these apply, the shipping carrier will contact you directly. Any expected liability of this kind is clearly disclosed before you complete your order.
