This website DashMaster is owned and operated by DashMasteer, of Hazor HaGlilit, Israel,. These Terms and Conditions  govern your access to and use of the Site and any purchase made through it customer. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time an order is placed applies to that order; changes will not apply retroactively to orders already placed. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual item. We do not guarantee that all products or variants shown will remain in stock, and we may run or end promotions at our discretion.

Prices displayed on the Site are shown in AUD and are inclusive of GST where applicable under Australian law. Shipping costs will be shown separately and clearly before you complete your order.

2. Orders, Acceptance and Delivery

Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer by you to purchase the relevant products. An automatic order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of that offer — the contract between us is only formed once we confirm the order and successfully process payment.

If a clear and material pricing or description error occurs, we may cancel the order, provided we notify you promptly and refund any amount already paid in full.

Payment can be made via , e.g. credit/debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay. Any instalment or "buy now, pay later" option is subject to the approval and terms of the relevant third-party provider.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed, particularly for international shipments.

3. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. Use of the Site is intended for individuals aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without limiting any right you may have to bring a claim under the Australian Consumer Law or in any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction in your country of residence.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks — is our exclusive property or that of third parties who have licensed it to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, including by providing false information, infringing the privacy of others, uploading unlawful or infringing content, disrupting the Site's operation, scraping or automatically collecting data, or bypassing security measures. We may suspend or block any user who breaches this section, without limiting any other remedy available to us.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes apply according to their published terms and validity period. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined and have no cash value. Participation in a promotion does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

9. Customer Reviews

The Site may display customer reviews. We will not publish fabricated reviews or filter genuine reviews in a way that misleads consumers, but we may decline to publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, or abusive. By submitting a review, you grant us a licence to use it on the Site and in our marketing channels.

11. Consumer Guarantees, Refunds and Returns

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that they will be of acceptable quality and fit for any disclosed purpose. If there is a major failure with a product, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage; you are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

In addition to your consumer guarantee rights, any voluntary returns policy or trial period we offer (for example, a change-of-mind return within a stated number of days) is provided on top of, and does not replace, your statutory rights. Any manufacturer's or supplier's warranty offered on a product is provided in addition to, and does not limit or replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We take reasonable steps to keep information on the Site accurate and current, but errors or interruptions may occur in good faith, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free access to the Site. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Site, except where such exclusion is not permitted under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our Returns and Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy are linked in the footer of the Site and form an integral part of these Terms.

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable by a competent court or tribunal, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right. We may assign our rights under these Terms as part of a transfer of our business, provided your rights as a customer are not affected.
